Dear Raven Hills Homeowners Association homeowners,

Did you know your community association offers payment options for your regular association dues to fit your unique needs? 

Online Payments (one-time, automatic, credit card and E-check): Navigate t0 portal.diversifiedprop.com.  Once logged in, select "Billing" to view options for setting up automatic payments or making a one-time payment. See attached instructions to log-in/sign-up for the portal, as well as instructions to set-up online payments. 

Bank Bill Pay:  You can pay your assessments through your bank.  Please add the Management ID, Association ID, and your Account number to the memo or note section of your bill paycheck. Below is the information for your community.

Reminder, check payments for your association dues mailed to or dropped off at Diversified Association Management’s Colorado Springs office location will not be accepted moving forward, beginning June 1, 2023. Diversified will no longer be able to deposit checks sent to our office. To allow plenty of time to re-direct your payment checks to the lockbox address, Diversified will accept payments at their main office through May 31st. Please disregard this message if you are already sending your payments to the Phoenix Lockbox or are already set-up with automatic payments.

Stolen Election: The abuse of proxy ballots to manipulate the Board and Annual Assessment Amounts of the Raven Hills Homeowners Association

Raven Hills Homeowners:  Your ballots were abused and manipulated last fall by existing Board members. These Board members acted in an attempt to manipulate the Board election and to double your annual assessments.  Did you want the Board to use your proxy at last October's Annual Meeting to vote to DOUBLE your annual dues to $240?
